After setting up a new category and a new event in that category an email was sent that did not display all of the information about the event. See attached. The email was also not sent to all of the users. Any help will be appreciated....

I'm using k2 for creating hotspots locations, but in Hotspots detailed view, k2 extra fields are not displayed.
How can i fix this?
Do I need to map K2 extra fields with Hotspots custom fields? If yes, how can I do this?
