Hi,

When a user registeres through the module he always gets the update message (You were already subscribed to this list. Your settings have been updated. Thank you!).

This is wrong, I have tested several email accounts and I always get the message that I am subscribed. Everything else goes well, the confirmation message is sent to the user and he can confirm his subscription.

What can be the problem here? This is the website http://www.pro-relate.nl

Thank you for you reply. I have tried to sync users again but the problem remains. With new e-mail adres I get the update message after submitting form and I receive e-mail from Mailchimp to confirm my registration.

Any other suggestions?

Anes have you started & completed the first synchronisation? Could you please try to do it again-> go to lists and click on "First sync" at the top right. Once it is ready try to register someone to the list again.

Hi Yves,

This text "Thank you! Please check your email and confirm the newsletter subscription." was in my Update message part of your module, now I have changed it back to "This is update message displayed in case the user has already signed up for our newsletter!!!!"

So the problem still occurs.
