Resolved Subscriber name not being saved in MailChimp

Hi,

I'm using CMC component for Joomla and everything works ok except for the subscribers name not being saved in Mailchimp subscription list. When a user enters his email and name and then hits subscribe button, I see the post URL is being built correctly with those fields and sent to the server as below:

jform%5Bgroups%5D%5BEMAIL%5D=ritchey82%40hotmail.com&jform%5Bgroups%5D%5BFNAME%5D=Carlos&jform%5Blistid%5D=f61ec73b61&5ebe28f40476da77bfe2259972ddbd1b=1

However, then I check Mailchimp control panel and the user is succesfully subscribed to the desired list, but the name field is missing. Do you know why this is happening?

Hi Daniel,

We have the CMC plugin installed and enabled, and we are using the CMC module to get the users subscribed. You can see the module working here (the dark band with the green button "¡Sí!, Cuéntamelo"

When people enters email and name in the fields there and hit the button to get subscribed, then we see that the name is not getting stored in Mailchimp.

Are you using the module or any of the plugins? The name should not be missing that is strange.
