I need to set the extension to appear horizontally (email,Name,...)

We don't have a horizontal style out of the box. But by using this tutorial:
https://compojoom.com/blog/entry/how-to-use-firebug-to-change-the-css-of-a-joomla-extension

You should be able to determine which lines of CSS to change in order to get it horizontal.
