You actually have a different issue. If you publish the module in a normal position, not in this pop up than it will work.
The rokpopup module somehow injects the module into the popup. When he does this, it doesn't attach the necessary javascript events to the form.
I think that if you publish it to a normal location it should work.

I'm new here and before I post a new topic I decided to search if someone had the same problem as I am having now, and in fact I found this one which is pretty much the same that happens to me on this website: http://www.erptrainingcentre.com/

The thing is, I'm not an experienced programmer so despite Daniel Dimitrov spotted where is the problem, I will not be able to fix it.

Let me say that the CMC - Mailchimp for Joomla works very well so far, it's only this problem affecting which can confuse subscribers, since the link is setup to _self and opens a page (goes out from the website) with this line on top left; {"html":"Invalid Email Address: ","error":true}.

Can you please help me on this issue providing the solution if it is possible?

Fix the error and after that the subscribe should work as expected
