Hi,

CComment was installed and working fine. But now we notice a weird error in console "Cannot find element: #ccomment" and comments are not appearing on k2 pages.

We have latest ccomment installed(version 6.0.8) and we can see another error in admin "Entering the Download ID is not sufficient for enabling CComment Professional's features. You will need to download and install the CComment Professional package on your site, without uninstalling the Core version."

Let me know the reason behind this issues and how we can resolve these.

K2 version : v2.10.2
Joomla: 3.9.15

Thanks

Hey Elie,

About the download id - just download CComment PRo from our download section. You seem to currently have the CComment Core installed on your site. You need to override this with CComment PRO.

About the #ccomment - it seems that the html part of the comment system is not rendered on your k2 site. Don't know why. Will need to debug this on your site. So you need to provide me with links to k2 and access credentials to your website. Use the "site details" tab in the reply section.

Regards,
Daniel
Please if you use our extensions be so kind and review them at JED
