Resolved CMC - Mailchimp for Joomla fails to Sync with VirtueMart

Hello,
I just installed CMC - Mailchimp for Joomla. I added the token to the component, but I can't sync with my virtuemart store (v3.6.10). It just hangs on the "Shop synchronization in progress" pop up, No progress is indicated for any of the 4 categories to be sync'd. I do see this in my logs:
[03/Feb/2020:20:01:10 -0600] "GET /administrator/index.php?option=com_cmc&task=ecommerce.getsynctotalcount HTTP/1.1" 500 -

It looks like a 500 error is the cause, but there are no other errors reported.

Where does it show 0 products? When you hit sync or what? That's strange because in my case it showed 11 products from a dummy vm installation.

Hi Dan,

I see it on both sides. In Joomla, when I did the sync, 0 products showed, but all contacts did, categories and I forget the other parameter. On the mailchimp side, it shows as a connected site, but if I try to add a product to a newsletter, I cannot see any products.

Hi Matt,
Can you get me access to the site for debugging? I would need backend + ftp access to understand what's going on. I can't reproduce this on my test site.
