I'm sorry to hear that you had problems.

You say that you used the extension manager to remove the extension, but it seems that you removed lib_compojoom, but still have some other plugin/module that is calling a function from that library. This is why you get the error. You'll have to remove the plugin as well.

Note that with any joomla extension - if you remove it from the filesystem, it doesn't mean that you won't get an error. In the database in the #__extension table you have an entry for each installed extension. Joomla uses this to know which extension to call. So if you just remove the files and don't remove the entries from the #__extension table you run into such issues.

You should always use the extension manager to remove extensions as it makes sure that the entries in the db are also removed.
