HI,

I have recently moved my site to a new server and now the CMandrill component shows a blank page. i have re-installed the component and i got to the add API key through the options panel. when i press save it shows a blank screen. i have disabled the component as when it is enabled i cant send any mails and it causes a problem with the site.

Can i get some advise as to what this problem might be?

I have turned on the error reporting through the joomla backend, but the page is still blank

Kind Regards,

Allan

Hey alan,
If the page is blank and you've turned error reporting in joomla's global config, then this means that your server is configured not to show errors at all. Talk to your server admin - he should enable this then you can configure it through the global config.
Once we know what the error message is we may help :)

Cheers,
Daniel
