Verify subscription email not going out

Resolved Verify subscription email not going out

I solved my original problem by creating a new mailchimp account for my new website. I created an API key for this new account, input that into CMC, saved it. The subscription is working, however I did not the receive the email to verify the subscription.

I'm also watching the webinar so I can learn more how to use your module.

I'd appreciate your help with this. Thanks.

The mail is being sent from mailchimp and not from the module. So once you hit subscribe and if you get a message telling you taht you need to confirm the link, then mailchimp has sent that mail. Look in the spam folder for it.

Thanks Daniel!

I found the issue, which was quite simple. I hadn't enabled 'use double opt-in' in the main settings. Now it works fine, and I can edit the forms in Mailchimp.

I have one other question however I'll start a new thread.

I appreciate the support.
