Hi,
Our client is experiencing issues regarding users making a paypalpro payment which is not processed - due to inputting spaces in credit card number for example. However, they are not receiving any feedback from the site telling them what it is that is wrong, nor a message saying that payment has not gone through.
Is there anything that can be done to make this process more user-friendly, and easier to manage for the admin?
