When configuring the email plugin that send a email message to admin when a new hotspot is added in the front end, we got this message.

****************
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near '@gmail.com) AND `u`.`block`='0'' at line 4.
*****************

The message comes when configuring the plugin at backend.
To get things to work again we have to roll the site back from a backup.
The install is en up to date joomla 4 site with sp pagebuilder.

Any one knowing some thing about this?

Also is the Hotspots product going to end? There are no activities from the developer. I like Hotspots and wish to be able to go on using it in the future.
