Hi there,

This is a pre-sales question: I am trying out CComment for the first time. The notification emails that I am expecting to go to a user are not working. I have configured a cron job and confirmed that it is running properly. The moderator does receive email when a new comment is posted but not the user. I have also tried it to run on page load rather than a cron job.

Are users supposed to be able to receive email notifications? Or must a user be a moderator in order to receive notifications?

Thanks,

Karen
