  4.  Subscribe via email
Hello,

I've got a signup form to my mailchimp account on my site here http://www.collectorhotel.com.au
It all 'looks' good - The API key is working and I can see my lists in Joomla. I've applied the webhook in Mailchimp. When users subscribe all seems to go through OK - they get the message to confirm their subscription via their email....but no email ever shows up and their subscription doesn't make it to Mailchimp.

Please help!

Thanks, Julie

My guess is that the email somehow lands in the spam folder? Have you looked there?
Please if you use our extensions be so kind and review them at JED
