Resolved Small problem (I hope)

Hi guys,
I've just installed Tiles and am trying to set it up but I'm struggling with some things.
I get a "500 Internal Server Error" an some other things, see attachment.
Did I miss something? :-)

Hi Daniel,
Thank you for your reply, I found the (probable) cause, I've disabled another plugin (JooDB content plugin) that I luckily wasn't using and the 500's are gone now.
Now there's another thing, the layout of the tiles is a bit strange, please see the attached screenshot?

Those are css issues that we cannot fix with screenshots. We need access to the actual site.
