Hello,

I wanted to generate a mailchimp campaign using the RSS feed generated by Matukio. This will allow me to send a email to my mailchimp list with all the latest events. That is the theory anyway!

I haven't used RSS before, so maybe I mis-understand. I clicked on the RSS button on the matukio eventlist page and have been trying to create a campaign using the URL, but it always rejects the URL. Tells me the feed is not a valid url. For example: http://www.cyclingtouring.org/index.php?option=com_matukio&view=rss&format=raw

I have tried the same process with another component that has an RSS output option, and that works fine. Mailchimp and other RSS checkers acceptit. The difference I noticed is that it generates XML where as Matukio generates raw.

Is this something you can help with?

thanks

Pete
