Resolved Problem with list synchronisation

Dear all
I have installed CMC on my joomla I have added the mailchimp API key in the component and I have added the webhhoks url in mailchimp list but when I want to sync the lists it tells me that it can't find any list.
I am stuck since one day on that problem could you please help me ?

Hello.

I have the same problem. I have installed CMC, created a MailChimp account, copied the API key from MailChimp, copied the webhook into my list. But when I synchronise in Joomla, I have no list in MailChimp. Could you please help me ?

I before tried on the loaclhost test site with ngrok, without success. Then I tried on the real site.

So, it's not working on both sites? I'll have to have a look. Can you provide me with backend and ftp access to the site. I need FTP, since most probably I would have to debug.

Okay, for other users having a similar issue. Geneviève told me that the issue is resolved. Her API key was not enabled.
