Resolved PHP 8.1.12 Deprecated: strlen()

There is a problem with php 8.1.12 in Latest comments module. In php 8.0 is all OK.

Hey Iona,

Thanks for the report! I'll check it out and will fix it. In the meantime you can just set error reporting to none in joomla's global configuration and you shouldn't see those notices.
