Resolved no mail with confirmation that I have to confirm

Hello,

May be anyone here knows the answer.

The subscription through the website does not work so far.

I think it has something to do with the webhook url and mailchimp api key..

At the end of the webhook url there is a key with a number.
Should this key be the same as the mailchimp api key?

I first had another account connected and think the webhook url has the old key? but may be it should be different and it should be this way.

Anyone knows?

you should copy the webhooks url as is. The key is randomly generated on your domain and is unique for you. This prevents a spam both of going to the url and doing whatever it likes...

As far as the subscription goes - can you give us a link to the page please? You have a javascript error (most probably)

I changed the text email address to email adres but in mailchimp but that does not change it. So it is possible that there is another issue that so far I can not subscribe ...

Besides that the round eggtimer never stops so that also says someting is wrong I guess?

Can you give me a direct link to a page that has the subscription form on it?

If you change the label in mailchimp - you need to open the module in your backend and save it. After that it will be updated as well.

Hi Daniel,

on the bottom of the link there is the subscription form. It is called "inschrijven nieuwsbrief"

I will save the module in the backend.

I had to switch the language (it is not available in the english version of the site).

So what is the issue again? I was able to subscribe and I got a Please confirm subscription email????

So you get the please confirm subscription email?? I do not get that email. Also the egg timer (thing that goes round after you hit the button to subscribe) does not go away.

Dont know how it comes that you get the subscription email..
Do you know how that comes?

The problem is solved. I think I just had an issue with the cache function that it did not worked.
Now it works fine.
