No Form Fields

Resolved No Form Fields

Forgive me if I missed this - I did a search but couldn't find anything. I installed the CMC module and activated it but there are no form fields besides the "subscribe" button. I activated all of the plugins just to be certain I didn't miss something and there is still nothing there. Did I do something wrong?

I looked at it through the developer console and something about SVG values being depreciated showed up. I deleted it and that error is gone. I'm just going to go a different route.
