Hello there,

Since a few months I've installed your module and component on my site, http://www.sollicitatiehulp.org. It used to work fine, but apparently suddenly it doesn't work anymore. Nothing happened when someone signed up for the e-zine. I discovered that this was a jQuery conflict. This is solved now. So, when I try to signup for the newsletter, I do get the thank you message in screen.

But then nothing happens. No confirmation email, no signup in the mailchimp list. I checked everyhting, all parameters. Everything is ok, API key and List ID. I tried to turn off all extensions (this is how I found the conflict above), but nothing works. The email is not in the spam folder.

Can you please help me out here?

So what does the module say? Any message after you subscribe?

Hi Daniel, thank you for your reply. Strangly, it seems to be working just fine now. I really don't understand why, but now I get the confirmation email! One question though; Is there a way to solve the jQuery conflict with this other extension, Facebook slider module? I deactivated this module, and now the little thank you message of the CMC Module works fine. But I would like to have the facebook slider like box extension activated as well. Is there any solution for this?

My problem is even harder to pin-point. Some people are getting the confirmation emails and some are not. Those who are not are not getting error messages, their name appears on the user list in Joomla CMC component list as pending but their names do not show up on the MailChimp site presumably because they have not confirmed.
