Hi Mark,

for Joomla 2.5 you should use the Tiles 1.2 version - the 1.3 release has some issues under Joomla 2.5 - we are currently working on a bugfix release.

Because 1.3 was focused on Joomla 3 and bootstrap you don't miss any features when you downgrade.

Best regards

Yves

P.S.: You should update to the latest Joomla 2.5 version (2.5.18) - there are many known exploits for your old version.

I uninstalled the tiles version 1.3 but I no longer have access to upload version 1.2. Can you please provide me the download to make this change?

Thank you,

Mark

Hi Mark,

you can directly download it from the compojom Downloads area:

https://compojoom.com/downloads/official-releases-stable/tiles

Just scroll down to Tiles 1.2.0

Best regards

Thank you, I have uploaded the correct version. I am now having a different issue with uploading images. When I upload the image and hit save, it does not appear in the grid and appears as white space on my website. I have edited the image based on size of the tile, however I am still having an issue. Are there key things that need to align for the image to appear?

Hi Mark,

hmm do you have the correct directory permissions (e.g. write access) in the tiles upload folder? (images/tiles/galleryId/)

Best regards

Yves

Yes, when I go into the Joomla media manager and the tiles folder for each gallery the images I uploaded are there. Would you have a couple minutes to check in my joomla backend to solve this issue? I can send you credentials.

Thank you,

Mark

Hi Mark,

the provided login is not a super administrator account:

You do not have access to the administrator section of this site.

Can you please correct this?

Another idea: do your filenames contain any special characters? If yes rename them to ASCII please, there was some issues with "-" etc. for some users.

Best regards,

Yves
