In comments the real user name is displayed but in citations the login name of the cited author is displayed instead. The result is an inconsistency: author names of comments and citations in a thread are not the same. I could not find a method to change this in the settings so I have to assume that it is a bug. Thanks for your consideration.

Yes this is a bug. Just fixed it and pushed a new dev. release. If you want you can download it and test it.
