I double check and my site is not generating any JavaScript errors. I also test it with standard Protostar template and the behaviour is the same.

Can it be related with this error:

?

My list is sync, and i have all the required fields.

I also check all the post forums with similar issues, and double check the answers support gave to users, but i'm not finding the one to fix mine :/

Can anybody please give me a help on this?

Hi,

I just had a look at your page. The first request for saving is empty (most probably some kind of error - turn off the error reporting in the settings) and then there is a get request that returns:
"The most recent request was denied because it contained an invalid security token. Please refresh the page and try again."

Something strange is going on there. As I said - turn on error reporting and I'll have a look.

Also, i notice that i receive this error message in backend after creating a new user:

COM_CMC_SUBSCRIBE_FAILED 404: The requested resource could not be found.

Could this be related?

I sent the backend access instead of turning on the error report so you can turn it on as you need and check everything you need in teh backend too.

I just had another look,, but actually have no clue what's going on.

POSTXHR
/component/cmc/?format=raw&task=subscription.save
[HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently 575ms]
GETXHR
/component/cmc?format=raw&task=subscription.save
[HTTP/1.1 200 OK 246ms]

The issue is that your site redirects the post request. Do you have any idea why that could be? Any htaccess rule or something of the sort?
