The Map Zoom which seems to be configurable at 2 places:

1 in the Menu Item with options --> Custom Zoom

and

HotSpots Options --> Map --> Startzoom of the map

and

HotSpots Options --> Map --> Hotspot view startzoom

I have tried setting these to 1 or 15 and NO difference in the map :/

It always looks like the attached screenshot
