Hi Daniel

Is there a limit to the size of KML that we can render?

I am trying to render KMLs containing boundary data for UK administrative areas. The original KML is >40MB but I have cut it down to limit the data to cover just London and it is <8MB. But it will not render.

I have cut the data down still further to several <3MB files and each seem to render OK. But together I can only render about 3.5MB.

I have prepared and tested the data in Google's Fusion Tables so I am confident it is correctly formatted.

All 60+MB renders very happily on google maps when I apply it through Fusion Tables.
Are you aware of any limits or timeouts that may be constraining the app?
Or do you think this is a Google API issue?

Kind regards,
Charles
