I figured out my other issues and this is the only one I can't seem to find an answer to. If I try to upload a photo, all I get is the spinning wheel and the load bar is processing. If I switch Debug Mode on, than I have no issues uploading photos and everything is normal. As soon as I turn Debug Mode off again, it goes right back to having issues.



I keep getting an error "incorrect use of <label for=FORM_ELEMENT> and it points to <label id="jform_picture-lbl" for="jform_picture"> Picture</label>. Not sure if that helps in solving the issue or not. I have also attached other photos that showed errors as well.





I've tried disabling all plugins except HotSpots. Same results. I tried switching templates. Same results. It seems like I can't fix it through a lot of trial and error. I've been trying for months.

Any help is appreciated.
