Resolved Interest field no show on CMC Newsletter Module

I am using this module for the first time.
I select the interest group to be displayed. but it does not show in module.....See attachments.
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

How can I send you credentials privately. Also I need to know country you operate from as we restrict certain Country IPs
