I successfully installed CC core on Joomla 3.1.5. I went to component / com_ccomments to review the settings. I see "view comments (0)" on the front page, but there's nothing after the articles. The comments form are usually after the articles and it should be there as long it is in a selected category, right? Otherwise, what's wrong?

I fear that there is a javascript error on your page.
Without a link to a page that should contain the comments I can't help you :)

Daniel

Thank you Daniel for to be so fast to reply. I took another look to the source code and I got the Ccomment code on the page. I suspect it is too low for the template (conversetlite) or it is cut off by some CSS sizes. I see it under the Previous / Next buttons. Do you think that if we force it in a custom position above these buttons, we can easily fix everything up that way? Can we give a custom position to Ccomments or do we need to directly hack the html code? I don't mind to go working on the files, but it is probably cleaner to do it from the dashboard interface. Otherwise, I'll send you the link / source code.

Check your browser console - most probably there is a js error and the template is not rendered at all. (templates in ccomment5 are rendered with js).
