How to reduce cTransifex errors?

I've been creating a directory for several projects (more than 40 and going). It will be a subdomain just for cTransifex download packages.
Some (most of them) projects are very easy to have them completed.
But for some projects are very difficult to make it work, as the downloads stops in no particular language and don't resume. Doing it again doesn't get it better.
This is more usual in projects with lots of languages.

Same goes with Webhooks... sometimes it doesn't finish the update and it simple clears the download page leaving it with just a single language!

I am trying to find a pattern and then report.

Until then...
Is there any recommendations on server setup, project configurations or other tweeks to get CTransifex working better?

B- Phoca Download - Can't pass the step "We'll now fetch the language stats for those resources"

I found the error on this one
Line 57 there was a double type caused by copy/paste
[code type=php]type = INI type = INI[/code]
instead of a single:
[code type=php]type = INI[/code]

All fine for this project. Not for the other 2 projects

Can you give me the tx. config of such a project? Also project name, etc -> everything that I would need to setup this project on my localhost and then I can test, reproduce and come up with a fix.

These are 3 projects with issues when creating local page. All projects work fine with .TX client:

A- JComments
Languages Half done. Partial lang map zip available for download. Almost never complete zip creation (stops at different languages)

It starts but almost never finish the step "We have found the following languages for the resource".
Step "We are trying to generate zip for..." never ends or doesn't complete lang map.
No ZIP done. No language available to download.
