How to disable double opt-in

Resolved How to disable double opt-in

Hi.

How can i disable the double opt-in? Which files should i change?

I want to disable it because it is hard enought for us to get people to enter their details and press subscribe, but it is only few of them who remembers to confirm it. Can someone help?

Where are you based? Not following the double opt-in process is a bad, bad, bad idea. You risk being sued over nothing.

Hi,

Thank you for the reply. But we are based in Denmark, and in Denmark I have never seen a subscription which requires double opt-in, so I don't think it is a problem, and every time we send newsletter we always have unsubscribe button so they can unsubscribe.

So if you could help us with this that would be great.
