  4.  Subscribe via email
Hi
Love the simplicity of this mailchimp module.

I am currently getting the following message come up when someone tries to sign up :
"You must specify a id value for the listSubscribe method"

The module is in the footer of this website : http://firstresponse.org.uk/
If you try signing up you should see the error message appear in a box above the content.

A few people have tried it with the same result, and I have tried on various browsers.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Peter

Have you made a template override? It seems so. You need to update your template override as the module has changed quite a bit.

I have gone into admin tools and unblocked Germany. I hope that is correct!
I am out of the office now until the 3rd November.
Many Thanks

Hi Daniel

Apologies for taking so long to get back to you on this.
I have checked mailchimp and the list is still on the system.
I have also been into the module and made sure the list was selected and the one field (email) is selected in the fields.

Still getting the error message though unfortunately.

I currently have Admin Tools to only allow traffic from the uk - so glad to see that is working :) . What country do i need to allow so you can view the site?

many thanks for your patience
kind regards
Peter

Hey Peter,
It seems that for some reason admintools doesn't like me:

Oop's, we have a 403
You've got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky?
Please try one of the following pages:

Aynway... Are you sure that you've configured the module correctly? Do you still have the list that you are trying to subscribe users to? Go to the module settings in the backend and make sure that everything there is correct.

Regards,
Daniel
