I've had a look around the forum and haven't found anything specific. If I've missed something please point me in the right direction
I've loaded my module in to Joomla 3.2. I've synced my list with First Name, Last Name and Emails fields that are required from Mailchimp
In Mailchimp I've made sure all my fields are required and 'not' hidden
However when the signup form appears on my site the Name fields are hidden. See pics attached
