Resolved Field mapping Issue

Hi, I have linked my list to the registration form but once I have entered the details in my Registration form and then check the subscribe to newsletter box, my fields (that are required for mailchimp) are still blank.

I have followed your instructions about Field mapping and coped and pasted the follwing:
EMAIL=email
FNAME=name:0
LNAME=name:1

Also my Mailchimp user is being added but does not show in the CMC component list

Can you advise me what I am doing wrong

I have sorted one of the problems of it not showing in my CMC list I had not sync'd the list
