Resolved Error in Module

Hi,
all sets up correctly but when I try and sunscribe I get:

{"html":"saved","error":false}

This is joomla 3.3.1
there is a java error complaing about doctype ( DOCTYPE expected. Consider adding a valid HTML5 doctype: "<!DOCTYPE html>". File: cmc, Line: 1, Column: 30) and mootool is loaded

please help me fix this as its needed ASAP.

Hey Tony,
Would you please try the new 1.5.1 version. It doesn't use mootools anymore.

Im using latest CMC 1.5.1 and joomla 3.3.3. Mootools-core.js and core.js are still loading with module CMC - Newsletter subscription . If i disable module, mootools is gone.

Hey kekec,
This is an issue with joomla actually. We use their validation function, and the validation function for some reason calls the mootools framework. I guess that with the next version 3.4 they'll remove this call.
CMC 1.5 relies on jquery to function and doesn't need mootools anymore.

Joomla 3.4 is almost gone and problem is still there. Just to validate extra 80kb.
Can someone pass this to Joomla devs?
