Resolved Email Signup Field Not Appearing on Page

Hi,

My newsletter subscription is on my events detail page (I am using the Joomdonation Events Manager module).

However, when I tried to replace the developer's Mailchimp list with my own (after they completed tweaking the template) they data field for entering the subscriber email address no longer appears on the page, only the subscribe button.

I believe I have followed the instructions correctly for setting everything up in Mailchimp and the CMC module.

Could you please advise? I need to have the site live ASAP.

I forgot to write "Email" in the display field, and so the box did not appear on the page because there was no display text entered. An oversight on my part. Thanks for the follow-up!
