Hi I'm looking for some documentation.

I'm running into some unwanted stuff, which I probably can solve myself with some info.

1. I want to use the Tiles module as a menu on my frontpage.
I want to create 7 "buttons". I've done that , but the menu does not stretch over the whole page, eventhough I set the width to 100%.
2. Some images are kinda small, I want to have bigger and smaller pictures, Can I set the size of the pictures ?

3. I want to lose the scrolleffects. As the menu will exactly fit on the mainpage , I don't want it to scroll to either side.
4. I want to lose the gradient.

5. What sizes do my background pictures need to be ?

Hi Olaf,

sorry for the late response.

1.) Could you perhaps provide a link to your page? Has the surrounding div element of your Joomla template perhaps some padding or margin?

2.) Only manually with css, best practice is cutting the images to fit for the wanted tiles.

3.) We plan a setting for this in the next version, currently you have to set the scrollers to invisible and disabled (through your css)

4.) You can change / delete this in the css file of the Tiles template.

5.) This depends on your site and tiles configuration (because tiles uses mostly procent values) - you could use a browser extension like Firebug to find out the correct size for your page or just calculate it for yourself.

Best regards,

Yves
