When using a dropdown list field in the default booking form, It is the "Value (No HTML)" filed that shows up on the confirmation page and on the confirmation email template (when I choose the place holder name I have created with this field). It seems to me that it should be the field "Text" instead. Indeed, my text could contain accent on letter (in French words) and spaces.

Am I mystaken on how to use those fields? Could you clarify that for me?
