HI when I add in custom fields to my submit a location page they keep disappearing on me. I can still see them in Hotspots - Custom, Fields but not in the submit a location page. This has happened a few times, when I delete them all and then re add them they work for a bit but for some reason when I add a try adding another new field they all disappear. All fields are list types with the same category there are 8 custom fields I need

Any ideas why this may be happening?
