When CUpdater is set so that "mailto_noresult":"0":
{"mailto_admins":["8"],"mailto_custom":"1","custom_email":"customemail@somedomain.com","notification_period":"24","mailto_noresult":"0","plg_cupdate_timestamp":1463604669}
Whole Joomla 3.5.1 site is unable to load. It merley displays text message: error 0.
