Hi.
My current website is Joomla 2.5 and the comment plug-in installed is Kommento.
I'm thinking of updating the website to Joomla 3.x. (but not really updating, see more below)

I'm wondering if I buy a CComment extension, can I install it to the joomla 2.5 website and download the comments in any possible format (maybe xml?) and reload them to a new joomla 3.x site?

For some issues, I think I have to set up a new website rather than just update the old Joomla 2.5 to 3.x. Then I will migrate all the content from the old one to the new one.

Looking forward to your reply.

Thanks

Daniel
