Значи намерих от къде се сменя на хостинга, Промених файла captcha.php от 644 на 755, но промяна няма ...

достоп до еррор лог имаш ли? Виж какво пише в него. Няма как да се появи Internal error log без да е записано нещо повече в ерор лога - например коя функция се вика или нещо от тоя сорт.

Какво да кажа въпреки не малкото усилия до никъде не стигнахме, все пак благодаря много за помоща незнам дали имам достъп до ерор лог, ще карам засега без captcha

това ли е ерор лога /предишния пост/

я смени езиковия файл на английски. (от бекенда на разширението)

Смених го на english, но отново няма промяна. Предполагам е от хоста нещо, този сайт се хоства от icn.bg
В друг сайт например хостван от host.bg нямам такива проблеми
