sorry for the late response - hmm are you sure on Joomla 2.5.16 - this error normally shows up if you use an old Joomla 2.5 version (< 2.5.6) maybe the update did not work correctly (file permissions?)

I am using latest version of Joomla 2.5.18. Attaching pic. Let me know what file permissions should i be looking into. I can go into the control panel and have it checked.

to the file? Next to the other import.

I was able to get over this initial error after i did the updates you had suggested. I am still not able to get this working fine..
1. I am not able to view existing time elements. The one that got delivered with the module.
2. I am not able to add new Tile-Elements - Everytime i click New Element - nothing happens
3. When i try to update existing Tile-Element it is erroring out
[color=red]500 - An error has occurred.[/color]
[color=red] View not found [name, type, prefix]: elements, raw, tilesView[/color]
[color=red][/color]
[color=red] Return to Control Panel[/color]

4. Nothing is happening when i click the Upload New Image

Let me know what might be the issue. The ID i had created for you earlier still works.

can you uninstall Tiles 1.3 and install Tiles 1.2?

Tiles 1.3 was focused on bootstrap and Joomla 3.2 and there are some issues on Joomla 2.5 which didn't show up in our tests.

We are currently working on a bugfix release, but you could just downgrade to Tiles 1.2. You don't loose any features etc. Just uninstall and install the Tiles 1.2 package through the Joomla installer.
