What a waste of my time and ridiculous instructions you give - my first interaction with your product is just a big mess of frustration. Could you not just give the direct link to where exactly to put the (*&(*& Download ID instead of referring to the general instruction page. How wabout a direct link??? (*&(&*(&(?**R&%&!

I can not believe how stupid this is. How about just putting a box that says : put you "download id here" - that would be too easy, to user-friendly. What a stupid design. I can't believe it.
