there is no contact forms, telephone number etc to contact you now or in future so I have to use this forum then..and I cant/would not like to make a ticket bcs seems I have no access = you dont want to have contact with your prospect customer?

I really like the HotSpots Joomla comp and I have tested try to use it long time ago but then full of bugs and problems and I just gave up.. Now going to the demo I see things looking fine but then also see this old bugs that I recognize and I just feel sooo disappointed!

Guys pls check your demo and everything is working 100% on demo before you announce your demo bcs this doesnt create any confidence of how this extension should work for others.
Just a tips! and hope you finally can sort these things out one and for all but..still years comes and goes..
