Resolved When saving an even .. Wants it to be "Not Published" by default

Is there a way to, by default, save a new event to have status "Unpublished" ? So that you wont have to unpublished it AFTER it has been published.
I think I have seen the possibility before, but I cant find it.. (So maybe not)
