Description of my issue:
When a user cancels their booking, does a waitlisted user automatically get moved to the list of confirmed users? I'm unable to check this right now because of the missing cancel button (ticket #1513). I do see that if I cancel a booking in the back-end, a waitlisted user is not automatically moved to the confirmed list. I assume this is by design so the administrator can change statuses of bookings without anything automatically happening. Is this correct?
