Am I right in assuming that if guests are not permitted to vote or comment,(only registered users) that the score for a comment isnt displayed?
If so is there a way to modify this so that the score is always displayed reguardless of the ability to post or vote.
I also would like to add a title to the vote buttons so it displays the little info popup, which file do I modify for this?
