To attempt to resolve earlier issues I downloaded version 5.0 and installed it on top of the previous installation. There are several links that appear after the Installing Component was Successful.
The CREATE A HOTSPOT CATEGORY displays Invalid controller: name='category', format=''
The CREATE A HOTSPOT displays a blank screen.
