I have installed Hotspots on my site and I am pleased to report that its working very well. Many members are adding their locations and the map is buidling nicely. So whats the problem?

I am finding that some members are contacting me to ask if they can go back, after submitting their hotspot details, to re-edit or add further information to their hotspot. I can't immediately see were or how this can be done and I am finding that any such changes have to be done manually by myself. I have the CB plugin installed correctly and the map individual member/user map seems to be ok.

Can you offer any help? Thanks for your time and help
